Plans have reached advanced stage on the construction of a new Tran-Nigeria gas pipeline aimed at delivering gas to Northern and Eastern parts of the country.Specifically the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), said it has commenced the design for the $5 billion project expected to be awarded soon.
